Where attention goes energy flows...
Everyday thoughts come and go from our mind... if we let them.
Sometimes we get stressed by holding the same thought in our mind and believing it. This creates a "snowstorm" in your mind and stops new thoughts and insights coming through. More often than not it changes nothing. It only succeeds in increasing our stress.
Lying in my bed in this morning, I thought about getting up and going for an early morning walk in nature. I hear my mind going off... its too cold, you could have another hour in bed blah, blah, blah.
Then I choose to think, how I will feel after my walk, how much more energy I will have, how much clearer my mind will be, how I will feel proud of myself and my mind then sends me more of the same thoughts. Your mind will go off in the direction you send it. Where attention goes energy flows.
So instead of thinking about it. I just planted my feet on the floor and did it. Then twenty minutes later I am back, starting my day, sitting here typing my thoughts and it feels good.
You experience your life through only your thinking. Your thoughts belong to you. Tell the Vampire in your mind to be quiet. Begin to listen to the voice that is cheering you on, giving you words of life and encouragement. That voice is there you will hear it whisper when you really listen.
